Wearique at wearique.com is operated by ALİ CEM AYVAZOĞLU, an individual based in Türkiye. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the operator of Wearique. You can contact us at [email protected].
These terms explain how you may use Wearique. Please read them before using the service or creating an optional account. Our Privacy Notice explains how information is handled.
1. What Wearique offers
Wearique provides outfit ideas, seasonal edits and styling suggestions for personal inspiration. Browsing, saving looks and the account features currently offered are free. There is no checkout or paid subscription on Wearique, and we do not sell clothing or process retail orders.
If we introduce a paid feature, we will explain its price and terms before you choose it. Creating an account does not enrol you in a paid service or give consent to marketing.
2. Styling concepts and estimated budgets
Our outfit images are AI-created styling concepts, not photographs of specific products for sale. They may contain unrealistic details. Suggestions are based on your selected occasion, season, style and colour preferences; they do not guarantee a particular fit, appearance or result.
Displayed budgets are estimates for inspiration, not live prices or offers. Delivery costs and additional layers are excluded from the displayed estimates. Check a retailer’s current product details, sizing, availability, total price and policies before buying. Our Editorial Policy explains how we create and label our edits.
3. Optional accounts and saved looks
You can browse without an account. When available, Google sign-in lets you keep saved looks with your Wearique account across devices. Use an account you are authorised to access, keep your Google account secure and sign out of Wearique on shared devices. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised use.
Without sign-in, saved looks and preferences stay in your browser. Device saves are added to your account only when you choose to import them. The season and category filters on your account’s saved-look page follow your account across devices. Homepage and Style Studio preferences remain on your device. Signing out does not remove your separate browser saves.
You can remove saved looks in the app and stop using Wearique at any time. Email [email protected] to request an account data export or account deletion. We may need to confirm that the account belongs to you; do not send us your password. Clearing browser data does not delete your account.
4. Your reference photos
An optional reference photo is displayed only in your current browser tab. The current service does not upload it to our server, analyse it with AI or provide virtual try-on. Removing the photo or closing or reloading the tab clears the displayed copy, not the original file on your device.
Only choose photos you have permission to use. Selecting a photo does not transfer ownership of it to Wearique. Sharing a public look link does not include your reference photo.
5. Using Wearique responsibly
Use the service lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not try to access another person’s account or data, introduce malicious code, bypass access controls, disrupt the service or impersonate someone else. Report security or access problems to our support address.
6. Content and sharing
You may browse the content, save looks for your own use and share public Wearique links. Rights in the site’s software, branding, text and other protected material remain with their respective rights holders. These terms do not claim exclusive copyright in every AI-created image or transfer rights in third-party material.
For commercial reuse of Wearique content, contact us about the permissions that may be needed. This does not limit uses allowed by applicable law. References to brands or public figures are editorial and do not imply their endorsement of Wearique.
7. External services and shopping
Links may take you to services with their own terms and privacy practices. Any purchase you make on a retailer’s website is with that retailer; they handle payment, delivery, returns and product support. Wearique does not currently use affiliate shopping links or paid placements. If that changes, we will clearly identify the relevant commercial links or content.
8. Availability and access
We aim to keep Wearique useful and available, but maintenance, technical faults or changes to external services may interrupt access. We will use reasonable care when operating the service and addressing problems brought to our attention.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a serious breach of these terms, protect users or the service, or comply with the law. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to resolve the issue. Urgent security or legal issues may require immediate action. You can contact support to ask us to review a restriction.
9. Your rights and resolving problems
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law, or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. In particular, we do not exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
If something goes wrong, email [email protected] with a description of the problem so we can try to resolve it. You do not have to contact us before exercising a legal right. These terms do not require arbitration or take away any right you have to use the courts or protections available under applicable law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to Wearique or applicable requirements. We will update the date on this page and give reasonable advance notice on the site of changes that materially affect your use, unless an urgent security or legal reason prevents it. Changes will not take away rights that have already arisen. Where a change requires your agreement, we will ask for it.
